All orders placed through our website are subject to a 3-5 working day delivery service. Your order will generally be with you quicker than this but please do allow for delivery issues out of our control such as delays with the courier service or the Royal Mail. This could mean your item could take longer to arrive with you. All our good are shipped with either The Royal Mail, UPS or DPD, tracking details will be emailed to you. If for any reason you do not receive your tracking details please contact us.

Any order with a total spend of under £30.00 will be subject to a £3.95 delivery charge. Any orders over £30.00 will be free delivery.

If you need an item urgently, please contact us and we will check stock and delivery information and advise if any additional charges will apply. 

If an item you have ordered has gone on to back order, (please note our stock levels change by the hour) we will contact you with a due date and either offer an alternative product or we can cancel the order and issue a refund. We do have several warehouses but sometimes stock levels can vary and in these rare situations we will always contact you with an a due date or an alternative item. Please ensure you put a contact name/telephone number and/or email address on your order.

All goods are packed using recyclable packing materials where possible. We will also re-use packaging as we care about the environment in which we live. If you can re-use or recycle the packaging from your parcel we will all be helping to making our planet a cleaner place to be. We do not include an invoice in your box, but if you would like us to send you a copy we can do so by email. Please contact us to arrange.
