We do accept that there may be times that you will need to return an item for either a refund or exchange.
Exchange – if you have ordered the incorrect size or wish to exchange for another item, you will need to send the original product purchased with us back to us in all the packing and in the same condition as it was received in. It must have all labels and been unworn/unused. All exchanges are your responsibility until the good/s have been received back with us. We cannot refund your return P&P to us and the item must be sent back to us at your cost. We will only process one exchange on the same item. All exchanges need to be sent back to us within 30 days or the item will not be eligible for exchange. If the item has been worn and the packaging is incomplete an exchange can be refused.
Faulty items – If you think you have received a faulty item, please firstly use the ‘contact us’ and get in touch to discuss your concerns. If you need to return the product to us, the item will need to be sent with your order number, contact details and details of the fault. Items returned to us will then be inspected and you will be contacted with our findings. If an item is deemed as being faulty by us , you will be offered a replacement item or a refund. We will refund your return P&P up to £4.95 (inc vat) If a product returned to us is deemed not to be faulty by us or the manufacturer when you have advised us that it is, no refund or exchange will be issued and your return P&P will not be refunded. You will also be liable to pay the return postage for us to send the item back to you. We will contact you with our findings of products returned to us which you deem to be faulty and discuss this with you.
Refunds – there may be a time that you wish to return an item for a refund, these items must be returned to us within 30 days otherwise they will not be eligible for a refund. If you do not want a replacement item and simply want a refund, providing the item/s have been sent back to us in perfect condition with all packaging intact and the item/s have not been used or worn. The item/s are your responsibility until we receive them back. We cannot refund your return P&P, this is down to you the customer to return to us at your cost. If the item has been worn and the packaging is incomplete a refund can be refused. If you have paid a postage cost on your original order this cannot be refunded.
Damaged- if you have received an order that is damaged please contact us by using our ‘contact us’ form. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. You will need to send us your order number, contact details and supply pictures and a full description of the damage including pictures of the external packaging that the goods were received in. All our items are quality checked before they are shipped, all items are well packaged and every care is taken to protect your items for shipping. If you receive your parcel and the outside of the box is clearly damaged, please inform the courier straight away and sign for the parcel as ‘damaged’ ensuring your take photos of the damage. We will contact you with details of a replacement item, please allow 5-7 working days (depending on stock) for your replacement item but generally, this is sent sooner depending on stock levels.
All underwear including socks are non-returnable and non-refundable, any item which is listed as a clearance item will be non-returnable and this will be made clear on the description of the item before you place your order.
